Juanita High School, Kirkland

This occupied school was modernized on a very tight campus close to neighborhoods, I-405, and Commercial areas. Juanita High School included demolition of the academic building and construction of a new three-story building of 239,850 s.f. in its place. The was done in three phases over two years to keep school in session. Phase 3 was completed July 2020 just 12 months after its start. 

Milne Electric was the EC/CM and performed all aspects of Electrical including the performing arts theater sound systems, gymnasium, athletic areas, all electrical systems including building power, lighting, lighting controls, structured cabling, fire alarm, security, closed circuit TV, digital antenna, audio visual, and access control.
