Pine Lake Middle School, Issaquah

This 130,000 s.f. new building is constructed on the playfields of the existing campus. School operations remained in operation while the new building was constructed. The existing facility was demolished to build a new softball field, parking lot, and drop off/pick up area for the new school. 

Milne Electric was the EC/CM and installed and commissioned all electrical systems including building power, lighting, lighting controls, structured cabling, fire alarm, security, closed circuit TV, digital antenna, audio visual, and access control.
