Seattle Cruise Ship Terminal, Seattle

The new Cruise Ship Terminal and fishing fleet on Pier 91 included moving 2, 4000 Amp substations to Pier 91 to supply 2 Cruise ship to shore power grids. We built 2 new 4000-amp substations to supply the new Cruise ship terminal, Pier 91 fishing fleet , and the Office building that served the fleet. 

This central operations building for the Cruise Ship Terminal is a is a large, 145,000 sq. ft, facility with the passenger arrival and baggage handling facilities on the first floor and the passenger ticketing lobby and waiting areas on the second floor. 

This project is the equivalent of building power to 4 cities (ships and office building) with full national security components. Included top level full security for FBI, CIA, TSA, Homeland Security, and all local officials.
